Welcome to the ALLPACK e-commerce site, hereinafter ("The Site" or "www.allpack.cr"), established under Costa Rican law, whose main activity is to allow the display and marketing of products for online purchase by consumers located in the Republic of Costa Rica, hereinafter ("Customers" or "Users").

www.allpack.cr is controlled and operated by ALLPACK, hereinafter ("ALLPACK"), a commercial company domiciled in the Republic of Costa Rica. Users who choose to access the site from other countries do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. Any claim related to the use of the site and the material contained therein is governed by Costa Rican law. Users who access the site www.allpack.cr from countries other than the Republic of Costa Rica will not be able to make purchases on the site. By entering the Site, the User acknowledges having read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter ("Terms and Conditions"), and therefore assumes the obligation to comply with their content, privacy policy, legal notices, and all disclaimers contained therein. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. As of the date of modification of these Terms and Conditions, all transactions between www.allpack.cr and the User will be governed by the modified document.

01. User Registration on the Site.

During the registration process on the Site, the following personal information will be collected: Contact information, including name, ID number, telephone number, and email address. At the time of payment, the credit card number and billing and/or shipping information may be requested; the recipient's ID number, if the recipient is a person other than the User; Information related to personal interests and product preferences.

02. User Capacity.

The services of www.allpack.cr are available only to those individuals who have legal capacity to contract as provided by current Costa Rican legislation. If the User lacks such legal capacity, they may not conduct transactions on the Site.

03. User Verification. Impediment to Use.

By accessing this site, the User agrees to provide accurate and truthful personal information for the effective delivery of the purchased products. www.allpack.cr will review the request submitted by the User and reserves the right to verify the data provided by each User. If an inconsistency is found in the User's information at the time of registration, or if the User fails to notify of any changes, www.allpack.cr may cancel the order and immediately terminate the User's account. If the User has any outstanding amounts, they must be paid in full before closing the account.

04. User Responsibility.

The User agrees to promptly notify the corresponding financial or cooperative entity of the loss or theft of their credit card and other instruments provided by them to carry out transactions, such as debit cards, personal passwords, among others, in order to disable said instruments. The User is prohibited from transmitting or sending from this Site any unlawful, threatening, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, pornographic material and/or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the terms of the Law. Likewise, the User agrees not to use any device, software, among others, to obstruct the correct functioning of the Site and its contents and the activities carried out therein.

05. Products and/or services.

www.allpack.cr offers its Users mainly products such as bags, greaseproof sheets, cup holders, pizza boxes and other paper and cardboard packaging products that are offered on our page.

5.1 Viewing products.

www.allpack.cr displays product images as clearly and accurately as possible. However, the actual color display of the products will depend on the monitor used to access the Site.

5.2. Product Availability.

www.allpack.cr is responsible for updating the page and constantly reviewing the products displayed on the Site. However, www.allpack.cr may modify or discontinue products at any time without incurring any liability to Site Users. www.allpack.cr's inventory varies from one branch to another, and product inventory varies from time to time. If a purchase is made and is out of stock, the money will be refunded through the banking system. The return procedure is carried out with the customer's authorization through the banking system. Business processing is carried out immediately; the entire banking process can take 15 to 22 days. The consumer's consent is expressed in the purchasing steps on the Site by accepting each of them and is perfected with the final purchase declaration after reviewing the order summary. Before the final purchase confirmation, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase at any time. www.allpack.cr will issue an acknowledgment of receipt to the email address registered by the Customer upon registration, with information on the delivery time, exact price, including taxes, shipping costs, and the method of payment.

06. Payment Terms.

The price to be paid for each item purchased will be the price in effect on the Site at the time the order was placed. Before www.allpack.cr accepts any purchase request, the Customer must choose the payment terms and conditions according to the payment methods established on the Site. www.allpack.cr provides Users with a secure connection system for carrying out transactions on the Site. However, under no circumstances will it be liable for any failures that may occur in communications from banking or credit institutions, nor for any damages caused to the Customer due to an action or omission on the part of said entities. Once the Site verifies the payment, it may proceed to accept the purchase request. In any case, even if payment has been verified, www.allpack.cr may deny acceptance of a purchase request or accept it partially. In this case, it will only be obligated to refund the Customer, without any interest or return, the amount paid for the unaccepted purchase request or the percentage corresponding to the unapproved portion of a partially accepted purchase request.

07. Payment Information.

Among the alternatives contemplated on the Site for payment for selected products, www.allpack.cr provides Users with a link that connects them to the respective payment gateways authorized by the Site. In such cases, the handling of personal information will be the sole responsibility of the payment gateway. Users must accept the Terms and Conditions of Use of the payment gateway before completing their transactions. Additionally, payments are accepted via bank transfers; In this case, the User must notify us through the available channels once payment has been made. Once verified, the product is shipped.

08. Promotional coupons.

Unlike credit or debit cards, promotional coupons used with digital coupons are debited when the order is placed. Digital coupons can be automatically redeemed for the full amount of a purchase and must be used in a single transaction within the specified expiration date. The coupon expiration date remains unchanged.

09. Shipping Charges and Taxes.

The Customer must pay the shipping cost at the time of purchase. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and volume of the product ordered. All taxes incurred by the purchase will be settled from the moment the Customer places their purchase request on the Site. Therefore, the Customer will be able to know the exact amount due to www.allpack.cr, which will include all the aforementioned items. Amounts corresponding to product deliveries will only be assumed by www.allpack.cr or refunded to THE CUSTOMER, when www.allpack.cr has incurred an error when dispatching the products, or when it is proven that the damage to the product was due to an irregularity in the handling of the product during transport. Otherwise, the customer must assume the shipping costs associated with changes or returns.

10. Delivery of products.

www.allpack.cr will deliver the products only in the Republic of Costa Rica through the Correos de Costa Rica courier service and therefore may refuse to accept a purchase request when the address registered by the Customer for delivery is not within the geographical areas authorized by Correos de Costa Rica for such purpose. The products purchased by the Customer will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing their purchase request or to a Costa Rica Post Office branch, depending on the delivery area and provided that the postal service does not reach the address directly. Deliveries will be made within a period ranging from 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination, counted from the date the Site accepts the corresponding purchase request, and as long as the payment terms and conditions have been determined in advance and there are no causes beyond the control of www.allpack.cr that could delay delivery. It is understood that any person of legal age who is at the address where the delivery is to be made will be duly authorized by the Customer to receive their order. Consequently, www.allpack.cr is exonerated from any liability for any delivery it makes, provided that it is made to the address registered on the Site. If no one receives the order at the indicated address, the courier company will attempt to contact the recipient by phone. If they cannot be reached, the User must contact www.allpack.cr through the available channels to arrange a second delivery and the associated charges. www.allpack.cr also delivers products to points of sale. In this case, the User must choose the "Pick Up in Store" option when making the purchase and specify the point of sale where they wish to pick up the product.

11. Exchange Policies.

Reprinting invoices is not permitted in any of our stores.

The product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered (they must have tags and original packaging).

The product must not have any physical damage or modifications of any kind that indicate use, misuse, manipulation, or natural wear and tear.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for manufacturing defects attributable to our company.

www.allpack.cr reserves the right to reject exchanges for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or that are returned outside the established period.

Exchanges Due to manufacturing defects:

If you requested to pick up your order at one of our points of sale, you can process the exchange at the point where the product was delivered. The exchange can be made as long as it meets all the conditions explained above. It will be effective as follows:

-The same product in a different size cannot be exchanged due to a problem with our product safety guarantee. Unless it is due to a product defect.

No cash refunds will be issued.

In the event of manufacturing defects, returns may be made through Correos de Costa Rica. The customer must assume the shipping costs. Once the product is received and the defects are detected, the replacement will be processed, and all shipping costs incurred due to the claim will be borne by www.allpack.cr.

The customer must return the product properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

The original purchase invoice must be attached.

In this case, you must contact our service agents through the available channels. They will help you coordinate the return of the product.

Manufacturing defects refer to bags or packaging stuck inside, or bags or packaging without elastic on the sides or bottom, or replacement due to the shipment of the wrong product due to our fault. The replacement of the product will be made as long as the defective quantity exceeds 10% of the product sent. If the number of defects attributable to our cause is less, a credit note will be issued for the corresponding amount that will be applied to future purchases.

12. Refund Policies

www.allpack.cr will proceed with the refund of the money invested to the Client, when the bank makes an additional deduction to the client for the transaction made (duplicate payments). The customer must contact www.allpack.cr and request a transaction review to verify the existence of duplicate payments or payments that do not correspond to any requested order. In this case, THE CUSTOMER must provide the necessary information to complete the banking procedure for the corresponding refund of the amounts. Delivery time and appearance on the customer's account statement will vary depending on the card issuing bank.

13. Warranty Policy.

The warranty period will be thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the product and the issuance of the corresponding invoice. The warranty for products purchased on the site is limited solely and exclusively to damage and manufacturing defects. However, this warranty will be void if www.allpack.cr verifies misuse of the product by the User or third parties not related to www.allpack.cr or if the products show physical damage or alterations, including, but not limited to, wear, scratches, scrapes, breakage, dents, application of ink, modifications, among others. If the purchased product meets any of the above conditions, www.allpack.cr will not issue any refund or exchange of merchandise.

14. Intellectual Property Rights.

All computer, graphic, advertising, photographic, multimedia, audiovisual and/or design material, as well as all content, texts and databases (hereinafter "the Contents"), made available to Users on the Site are the exclusive property of ALL PACK, or of third parties that have authorized their use and/or exploitation. Likewise, the use of some content owned by third parties is expressly authorized by law and is protected by copyright and trademark regulations and by all applicable national and international regulations.

15. Protection of Personal Data.

By accepting the legal terms and conditions, the User indicates that he or she knows and authorizes ALL PACK, its subsidiaries and affiliates, in a prior, express and informed manner, so that his or her personal data may be stored and used for the purpose of achieving efficient communication during this procedure or activity. He or she authorizes, under the same terms, that said information may be processed in accordance with the provisions of Costa Rican Law and its Regulatory Decrees, for the purpose of receiving information about its products, services, offers, promotions, alliances, studies, contests, and content. Likewise, the User has been informed about the personal data protection policy available on the Site, which includes the consultation and complaint procedures that allow the User to exercise his or her rights to access, access, consultation, rectification, updating, and deletion of data. 16. Disclaimer of Liability.

Whenever the User has not promptly notified the existence of a breach of their personal information, or when the User has not notified the corresponding financial institutions or cooperatives of the loss, misuse, theft, or robbery of the instruments provided by them to carry out transactions, or when their registration data is misused, www.allpack.cr assumes no responsibility for such actions.

17. Computer Security.

Cookies are small data files that websites such as www.allpack.cr or emails save in your browser and optionally on your hard drive. Cookies allow us to "remember" information about your preferences and session, and allow the User to navigate within areas of the Site without re-entering their data. This makes it possible to create a more personalized and convenient shopping experience. www.allpack.cr uses a third party to install cookies on the User's computer to collect non-personally identifiable information. Although cookies contain a unique User ID, they do not collect or store any personally identifiable information. Although the User can configure their internet browser to not accept cookies, they are necessary to view, create an account, or make purchases through the www.allpack.cr website.

18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from this document shall be subject to the applicable laws and the competent courts in accordance with Costa Rican law.

19. Severability of Provisions

In the event that one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, enforceability, or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of this document shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
